We’ve got GA+ installed on our development environment and everything appears to be working as expected. However, our production environment is getting a curl timeout error. This is strange because both the servers and WordPress installations / installed plugins are identical, and none of the other plugins are seeing timeout errors.
1. Open the GA+ settings page from WordPress Dashboard
2. Log in to Google account
3. Select a statistics view from dropdown
4. Click save

This same error appears in the statistics section of main dashboard instead of the nice graphs we see on development.
We’ve compared everything we can think of between the two environments and can’t find any differences. Both sites’ google analytics views work in development – neither in production. Any ideas?
