Google Analytics Network setup

Hi,

I have installed the plugin Google Analytics + on a network site. Now, i have added the tracking code as well.

I did input the google analytics code in the Network admin, and it doesn't show up as inputted automatically into the main site. Does it need to be manually added into each site??

Do I use the same code that was given to me in the Network admin?
Do I have to get a new code?
Also, where do I access the statistics.

Could you please let me know if something else to be configured? This is because its not working at the moment.

Its on client site at the moment.

Thanks,
Puneetha

    Hey there Puneetha,

    How are you doing today?

When you network activate the plugin, in every subsite dashboard there will be a widget to show the statistics. From "Google Analytics Statistics inside WordPress Dashboard For All Sites In Network" option, you will select which analytics profile will be appeared in that dashboard.

Also using Network code should track total views for all your subsites and if you wan't to track all subsites separately you'd want to create separate tracking codes and add them per subsite.

Usually it takes time for analytics to start displaying in the admin in statistics. When did you add the code?

    Please let me know

    Cheers,
    Bojan
