I've seen this question posed, but not addressed. So...
I have "Allow Facebook Like/Send" enabled in settings, and I'm not seeing any sign of it on my pages. Here's a screenshot video illustrating that: http://screencast.com/t/NKzNwdPjR
Also, and maybe this is related, I have not been able to "Grant Extended Permissions". When I click "Grant extended permissions", absolutely nothing happens. This is true in Chrome and in Safari. Again, here's a video: http://screencast.com/t/KQz9cWaiTNX
As far as I can tell, my Facebook app is set up correctly, and disabling plugins and changing themes does not affect this problem. Please advise.
