Gravity Forms in PopUp Pro are not working

I have PopUp Pro installed with Gravity Forms. I am trying to use a Gravity Form inside the pop up window and I am running into an issue. It doesn’t seem to be loading something in the form because the input fields don’t work and there are extra labels showing up that are not normally there. Thoughts?

Hey @fullcircledes, hope you’re doing well today!

Is it only acting like this when you try to preview the form in the Dashboard, or is this also occurring on the front end as well?

Have you checked to make sure that there isn’t another plugin or theme interfering by going through our troubleshooting flowchart?

Could you enable Support Access to your site, and mention which popup you’re testing with here?

    Please advise,

I have the same problem – I'm trying to research the thread of this question and don't see the rest of the convo here….

Has this been resolved? This is a new site I just launched a few days ago with all plugins and templates updated. I'm using the DIVI design template and Gravity forms.

    It shows on frontend.

    Hey there.

Thanks for posting in this thread, however it might be best if you open your own, even if the issues seem closely related. That way it will remain independent of this one and ensure it doesn’t confuse issues here if this thread needs reopening again by the author.

It also means the member who started this thread or anyone following it isn’t inundated with post notifications each time we respond to each other. A lengthy thread could annoy the original poster.
