Gravity forms on multisite: network activate or not?

Hi,

Simple question. I'm running a multisite network with Pro Sites, New Blog Templates and some other plugins. I want that all of my clients have acess to Gravity Forms, because the contact pages I built in my templates use Gravity Forms.

I wonder if it's better to network activate GF or activate it site by site (for each template).

The only reason I see now for not network activating it is that I can't deactivate it in case a conflict occur one day on a subsite.

But for now I network activated it as it's more simple to handle for me.

So... any idea about that?

Best Regards

    Hi there @Arom77

Hope your well today and thanks for your question.

From when I used Gravity forms last, it required the activation of a license on each sub site, or do they have network admin settings for that now?

if they do, then I'd recommend keeping it network activated.

If they don't, I'd say, set it as a plugin in your templates, so if you activate it on your templates site, then it'll still be activated upon signup and gives you the option to disable when needed

    Thanks!

    Kind Regards
    Jack.
