Having issues making snapshots other than the main site. What can be the issue?

    Having issues making snapshots other than the main site. What can be the issue?

    Often this has to do with server restrictions, such as timeout limits or memory limits. Especially if your site has a lot of content/media on it.

    Are you seeing any errors at all? Any further information on what happens when it stops working would be helpful :slight_smile:

    You can also go to your Snapshots list via:

    Snapshot > Snapshots and you will see a "View log" link, at the bottom of this log it may give an error that will help us figure out the issue.

    If that doesn't help at all then could you grant support access so I can have a closer look?

    You can grant support access via WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access.
