header.php file content is empty when opening it from the Editor

If going to Appearance > Editor the header.php file appears empty, not sure why. I checked the file on the server directly and it’s not empty there.

I tried running a plugin conflict test but the issue is still there.

    Hi emerick

Hope you are doing good today.

Without access to ftp it will be hard to check this, but I install on your site real quick Download Theme plugin to get your theme and test on my side.

I confirm that this header.php file does not display in Appearance > Editor at all.

I check format of this file and it turns out it is ANSI which can’t be readable by Appearance > Editor. I correct my header.php file to be UTF-8 via notepad++ and header starts to work.

Please download your header.php file to PC, edit in notepad++ and set up to UTF-8, save and upload to ftp again.

Or just use my attachment from here where I already fix this.

Please unzip that file and upload to your theme folder.

    Hope this help

    Kind Regards,
