MarketPress: Need help to set up emails

When a customer make an order tha mail that goes to him is incorrect…. here is the mail :

Why the mail doesnt contain the info? what is wrong? please asnwer me as fast as possible … Thnks

    Welcome to the WPMU DEV Community and thank you for being a member.

    I tried to recreate your error, but I wasn’t able to. I also tried to see if any other users had similar problems, but couldn’t find any. So I will refer your post to the Lead Support and Developer to see if they have any suggestions on what could be causing this.

    I also noticed that you have another post exactly the same as this one open, so I will close that one and we can continue our support from this thread.

    We will revert back to you at the earliest with feedback or suggestions.

    Hiya filippos,

    Can you let us know what version of WordPress (Multisite? Buddypress?) and other plugins you have running/activated?

    Also, a check of your php records for any errors there would be really useful as well. It looks like the plugin is sending out the default info without filling in the custom information about the transaction. Something is stopping this from working correctly so we’ll have to track down what it is.

    Please come back with the info above and we’ll take a look. Also, if possible, try deactivating all other plugins and seeing if the emails are sent correctly if so, we know for sure it’s a conflict with another plugin.
