Help with a redirect issue.

On my site, 404 page redirect to /my-account page within the site. So to me, it seems like a redirect in place of a 404 page. I’d like to find the source of the redirect and change it. I’ve been searching for quite a while and am having no luck with where the source is. I’d like to remove it to as the theme actually has its own 404 built in.

    Hello Chris Ross

I have tried to login at your ftp but it failed, please check the screenshot.

Would you please check again and send me new access?

You can send me privately in the following format:

    1. Please go to https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question

    2. Select "I have a different question" if not selected

    3. In subject line put "Attn-Ash" (this will ensure that the email is assigned to me)

    4. Provide the wanted details.

    5. Add the thread link in the message so that I can track.

Also, I prefer to deal with a sandbox site if you have any. I may need to disable some plugins and do some testing. So it's better if you please create an exact replica site and send me access of that site, so that I can check whatever I want.

    Have a nice day!

    Cheers,

    Ash

    Hey Ash!

Thank you for getting back to me. My apologies for the late response!

I did some more investigation today as to this issue. Turns out, I found a redirect coming from the wp-config file ( ‘NOBLOGREDIRECT’ pointing to /my-account. I’ve cleared the direct and the issue seems to be resolved!!

Heres a link to more information about the redirect within the wp-config:

    Have a great day!

    All the best,

    Chris
