Help with Support. No response


I'm hoping this message finds you well. I have had 2 open support tickets for over a week now that are getting no responses. Even after providing support access to my install as requested. I have re-posted several times, and also replied to the original responses.

The 2 support issues are:

Maybe they have just gotten lost within the new support system. I would appreciate your assistance getting these issues resolved since I am still experiencing the problems.
