I was talking with Luís Lopes – He was looking at a possible plugin conflict. I got disconnected. I don’t know if he is still looking at it or not.

    I’m sorry to hear that you got disconnected. Usually though that happens due to unexpected 3rd-party issues (support agents don’t do this) and a support agent is automatically assigned with the next chat from the queue so they might not always be able to continue working on the case after that.

    However, I see that you got back to chat and talked to Katya after that so I hope she was able to help you.
