Read carefully below but I have enable support access to the network so you can see the situation.
I never received a notice to upgrade Protected Content direct to Membership2 Pro like I did on another network/multisite.
This is a multisite. I did get the upgrade notice to "prepare" Protected Content for the switch.
However, I never got the actual direct upgrade notice.
I was told to just install Membership2 Pro and it would do it.
However, now I have two plugins:
1. The Protected Content plugin with all my settings and info only active on select subsites.
2. The new Membership2 Pro plugin separately (currently showing as not active).
I am very concerned about retaining all my information from Protected Content.
Given this, how can this seamlessly be done?
***As mentioned, on another Multisite it was simple, stratightforward, and easy to to the switch because it gave a notice AFTER the "preparing" Protected Content update. Then, we got a second notice to officially make the switch to Membership2 Pro.
This Network/Multisite did NOT do that.
I am not stuck with two separate plugins in teh Network Admin plugins section.
How can this be done and fixed.
I can not risk losing the Protected Content info and settings.
Please let me know asap.
