Hide SSL option in domain mapping

Is it possible to not have the option to toggle http/https in domain mapping for end users.

We don't want our pro sites members having the choice to toggle it on and off.

    Hey Rod,

Hope you're doing well today

I'm afraid that there's no such option in Domain Mapping but we can hide this easily with a small mu-plugin.

I have attached it below so all you need to do is download it, unzip it and place it inside your wp-content/mu-plugins/ folder (if you don't have that folder simply create one yourself).
That's it, the mu-plugin will hide SSL option for all non super-admin users.

    Best regards,
    Predrag

    Hi,

That's fabulous support, so quick and helpful thank you.

I almost hate to say it but whilst that has indeed removed the key icon to toggle http/https for the while site they can still select that pages in the section below and enable https that way.......

    Sorry to be a pain!

      Hi Rod,

Glad to hear that part worked

The other things can be actually removed from plugin settings, in your Network admin go to Settings > Domain Mapping panel and scroll down to the end and disable everything in "Enable excluded/forced URLs" section and that should do the trick

Just a follow up to your awesome support earlier can I make a suggestion to the devs on this plugin?

If I do what you said (which works perfectly) and take the two ticks off the bottom options then the section heading then isn't correct as it still says :-

"Excluded pages: Pages selected here will not be mapped and can optionally force https, If you set the domain to use https, the following "force/unforce SSL will be ignored""

Perhaps it could then read :-

"Excluded pages: Pages selected here will not be mapped"

This would then make more sense as currently it references options that they don't then have.

Other than that I can't say again how fantastic your support has been. All sorted within hours. Brilliant.

Thank NAME, for their help.
