I was wondering what or how do you think these guys are able to provide 24/7 support ??? Are they using non branded/white labelled plugins or themes or solutions that are or maybe available on WPMU to be able to do this ???
It might seem a strange question, but I thought people like you might be best placed to see the mechanics/fabric of how this is being offered & managed/supported.
I have also thought or considered offering my customers WP Maintenance Plans but have not yet got an plan developed for it or how to go about it. I wonder if there are posts or articles on WPMU about this subject ???
