[Hosting (beta)] Reporting bugs on hosting beta

– I checked multi-site box during site setup but it wasn't multisite (had to enable that)

– The Defender plugin asks me to "get started" at every page load in dashboard even though I dismissed already and also went through setup

– Also Defender plugin: I get a "dont have permission" error on this page: https://adaldesign.wpmudev.host/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=wdf-hardener

    – I checked multi-site box during site setup but it wasn’t multisite (had to enable that)

    I tried to replicate this behaviour, but it doesn’t seem to cause any issue in my side as stated above. Maybe it could be a temporary issue, however I’m bringing this into the developers attention, so that they could give a closer look regarding this, and see what might have caused this.

    I tried to replicate these issue in my side in a multisite, but it works fine. The “Get Started” doesn’t load in the dashboard once it’s dismissed, also wasn’t able to replicate the don’t have permissions error.

    Is the issue still relevant? If yes, could you please grant support staff access so I can take a closer look at your mentioned website. You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access, or check this manual: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

    Please let us know once you enable access, so that I could bring this into the developers attention, if it’s a bug too.

    Hi adaldesign,

    Thanks for enabling support access, I could notice the Get Started popup when I loaded the Defender > Dashboard page initially. I then clicked the "Get Started" button, and then it ran a new scan, once done, I tried loading the Defender page, but I wasn't able to notice any popups about "Get Started" anywhere.

    Please check, and see whether the issue has resolved in your side? If you still notice same issue, please try flushing out Object Cache, under Hosting settings, and check whether that makes any difference.

    If you still notice the same issue, please try taking a screenshot next time, so that we could have a better idea.
