    Hi @sandeepa! Hope you are doing good today :slight_smile:

    BuddyPress already have option to change password from front end. You can find these fields on members page under settings tab (seecreenshot).

    To add profile menu item in your main navigation, add below code in functions.php file of your child theme or use mu-plugin.

    // Filter wp_nav_menu() to add profile link
    add_filter( 'wp_nav_menu_items', 'my_nav_menu_profile_link' );
    function my_nav_menu_profile_link($menu) {
            if (!is_user_logged_in())
                    return $menu;
                    $profilelink = '<li><a href=&quot;' . bp_loggedin_user_domain( '/' ) . '&quot;>' . __('Visit your Awesome Profile') . '</a></li>';
                    $menu = $menu . $profilelink;
                    return $menu;

    Take care and have a nice day :slight_smile:

    Cheers, Sajid
