How can I find out what is loading all these fonts on my site?

I want to know why all these fonts are being loaded since I'm not using all of them, and then I want to know how to put the ones I am actually using onto my local server so they don't have to be loaded from Google.

    Hi Luke,

Hope you're doing well today

When you start Chrome inspector tool (Cmd + Opt + I on Mac or Ctrl + Shift + I on Windows) you can switch to Sources tab and in there you will see a list of sources loaded on your site, including fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which will help you to track down which fonts are loaded and from where.

How the fonts are loaded and how to remove them depends on the way the theme was developed and if it will allow you to use hooks in order to dequeue font files from child theme.
This is best discussed with theme developer as they know how it was developed and can provide you with best solution for this.

I want to know how to put the ones I am actually using onto my local server so they don't have to be loaded from Google.

You would need to download the fonts you want to use from google fonts https://fonts.google.com/ and then place them on your server.
You can then load them inside child theme CSS file, you can read more about that here:
