How can I get the user side of the FAQ to reveal the answers

When you click on the a question, or the plus it won't open for the reader.

    Hey @mcnair, Michael here! :slight_smile:

    The Divi theme's got a bit of JavaScript that's affecting those boxes, I had to insert this into the Header and Footer plugin:

    <script type="text/javascript">
    jQuery(window).load(function() {
        jQuery(document).ready(function() {
            // Remove handler set by themes/Divi/js/custom.js at line 2642
            jQuery( 'li.support-system-faq a[href*=#]:not([href=#])' ).off();
        });
    });
    </script>

    If you're curious about where that code was inserted, you'll find it inside of:

    Settings -> Header and Footer

    In the "Code to be added before the end of the page" box.

    I also had to adjust the background for that page, though, by inserting this into the theme's custom CSS area:

    article#post-1226 .et_pb_section_0 {
        background-attachment: fixed;
    }

    Otherwise, the background would resize when a question box was clicked. Can you confirm that it's looking as it should on your end please?

    Kind Regards,
    Michael
