How do I avoid conflict with multiple JQuery plugins?

Is there an easy way to identify if there is a conflict? If so how?

And if a conflict is identified, what is the best way to resolve it?

I ask these questions because I now have more than plugin that is powered by JQuery and I want to be sure I’m not setting myself up for some headaches.

Many thanks for the help.

    Hi there @Hypergolica,

Hope you’re well today and thanks for your question.

The best way to check/test for a conflict is to use something such as firebug or Chrome developer tools and check the console, any jQuery errors will show.

There shouldn’t be any conflicts, as long as all plugins are updated and themes, and that they all use the correct version and don’t try to deregister others to register their own etc.

But in general there shouldn’t be issues, and of course if there is, we’re always here to help

    Kind Regards
