How do I both autoconfirm and get a notification email?

When making an appointment, neither the client or service provider is receiving notification emails. I have started a thread in the community, but I thought I might need additional support.     Regardless of the form you use on this site, or directly from the WPMU DEV Dashboard on your site, everything gets posted to the forums.

    If you have already created a ticket on this issue, creating another only leads to confusion. Please continue the discussion on your original ticket.
