How do I change the image to display on top of the website in mobile view?

I have a client website that's 99% done; however, I notice on the bio page that the image is at the bottom of the screen. Is it possible to inject some CSS that will add the photo to the top of the screen?

Here's the link to the page.

Also, you will see the difference in the screenshots attached.

    Howdy Julius,

    Looks like we need to go Rambo with the CSS to get this working smooth

    @media (max-width: 700px) {
    body > div > div > div > div.content_inner > div.container > div > div > div > div.vc_col-sm-4.wpb_column.vc_column_container > div > div > div:before{
      content:url('http://337.ae5.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/Katrina_bio_page.jpg');
      margin: 0px auto;
    }

    body > div > div > div > div.content_inner > div.container > div > div > div > div.vc_col-sm-8.wpb_column.vc_column_container > div > div > div > p:nth-child(1) > a > img {
        display:none;
    }
    }

    Let me know if this works.
