How do I edit/delete help requests?

My help request didn't seem to go well. I would like to resubmit a new request when I have more time, and I have read your docs on "Support."

    Thanks very much for taking the time to go over the Getting Support guidelines. It really does help us to help you better.

    And don't worry about your previous help request; it's set to private so only you and support staff can access it. :slight_smile:

    But, as a general rule, we don't delete support tickets as we often refer back to them for continued support with the same member. Or, when they are publicly accessible, it's very handy to keep them open so other members with similar issues can find them.

    Please don't hesitate to create a new ticket when you're ready to continue with your project; we're standing by to lend a hand. In the meantime, here's a bit of homework for ya from the WordPress codex (if you haven't already gone over it, that is):
