how do i fix this problem

1. The performance test didn't return any results. This probably means you're on a local website (which we can't scan) or something went wrong trying to access WPMU DEV. Try again and if this error continues to appear please open a ticket with our support heroes
2. Some plugins will not activate.

    I'm sorry about the matter that you're facing this issue. Can you please try to initiate the performance test from the Hub in this link? Just navigate to the page and select the 'Performance Tab'. You'll find a 'Run Test' button there. Let me know if it works for you.

    Regarding the plugins not activating issue, can you let me know in a bit detail about the issue? With which plugins are you facing this issue? Are you receiving any error messages?
