How do I get the calendar to update on service selection, without having to click the 'check av

I'm trying to get the appointments+ plugin setup to work for a car valeting business. There is only one service provider, but multiple services... I'm trying to get it so that when a user clicks on the type of service they want the calendar automatically refreshes to that services timeslots, but at present have to click the 'check available times' button. Any suggestions on how to achieve this?

    Hi there @mmwestsussex

I hope you are well today, I have just been looking into this on my own test install, it looks like currently there is no way for it to auto refresh to change to show you the appointments available, though maybe it could be done with Ajax which would be the best way, I'll bring that up with the lead developer of the plugin

It is possible to give direct links to the services, if that would work for you in the mean time?

Thank you for being a WPMU DEV member!

    Kind Regards

Hi @jack - Hope you don't mind me making a suggestion

    Hi @mmwestsussex

If I have understood your requirement correctly you could try the following:-

Log-in to Wordpress using Admin details
Select 'Pages' in the left hand menu
    Select the 'Appointments' page
Then you should see a shortcode called: [app_services].
    Change this to: [app_services autorefresh="1"
    Save the changes

This will automatically refresh the page when a service is selected.
If the client has a slow connection you may still see the 'check available times' for a short time whilst the page is automatically refreshing

    Hope this helps
