How do I insert popup into page?

I have built my popup. It says something about loading it with Ajax. How do I do that? What plugin do I get to do that? I searched on it and so many came up.

Is it possible to ask for a person's name and email directly in the popup and they will go into the database?

    Hello Anna Sue,

I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

You do not need any special/additional plugin to put a PopUp Pro on your site. Once the plugin is installed and activated please go to the "PopUp -> PopUps" page in your site's dashboard and use the "Add New" button to build your popup.

There you can also set conditions of when and where the popup should show up. If the "Display conditions (optional)" list is empty, please first go to the "PopUp -> Settings" page and enable options that you consider necessary on an "Available Conditions" list and then get back to popup edit screen and setup conditions in "Display conditions" section.

In case you needed more assistance with setting that up, let me know please when/where this popup should be displayed on your site and also grant me a support access to your site so I could take a closer look. Here's a guide on enabling support access:

PopUp plugin itself doesn't include any tools for this so you would want to use an additional plugin such as e.g. Contact Form 7 with a Contact Form DB extension plugin to display form inside the popup.

You may however want to give our other plugin called "Hustle" a try. Take a look here please:

It can save all submitted e-mail addresses to the exportable CSV list.

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hello Anna Sue!

You already have a memberships  I can see that it's a "trial membership" but it does give you a full access to all our plugins and themes. You can install and try Hummingbird already. To do this, just got to the "WPMU DEV -> Plugins" page in your site's dashboard and type "Hustle" in a search box.

I suppose the confusing part here was that you were not offered any way to download the plugin when you visited its description page, is that correct? That's because the trial membership lets you install plugins and themes using "WPMU DEV Dashboard" plugin only. Do you have it installed and enabled already?

If not, you'll find it here (this plugin you can download freely even with trial membership):

If you have any further questions, let me know!

    Best regards,
    Adam
