these are the shortcodes I surrounded the jotform with

THIS ONE WAS A HYPER LINKED TEXT
    [ppw id="62140145" description="Take the YAFS" price="$10.00"]Got to YAFS[/ppw]

THIS WAS THE JOTFORM LINK ITSELF
[ppw id="62140275" description="Take the Yale Food Addiction Scale" price="$10.00"]http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40524856884970[/ppw]

    the shortcodes cancel everything out

    Hi @FeleciaRose,

It seems to work fine for me.

Are you viewing them as admin? if so, you need to make sure you select 'no' in the settings 'Admin sees full content' to prevent admin viewing content.

Are you also using the one time view option? If you are using any oof the other options, daily pass etc, then these grant access to all content. only the one time view will give access to that 1 specific content.

    Hope this helps

totally puzzled -- I opened up this conversation on a live support chat and the moderator (who wasn't logged in) told me to post the question here because he couldn't figure it out

will continue to work with this and will post when problem is completely resolved -- thanks
