    Thanks for your question!

    I took a look at your site but I'm a bit confused here and would really appreciate some guidance first. As a non-logged in user I do not see any chat on the front-page at the moment. Also it seems that you have switched to CometChat but there's no access to any advanced settings via your site's dashboard.

    Could you please share some more details on what/where should I exactly look for? Any additional clues could be helpful!

    Hi Adam,
    Yes, when I was getting no response for several days from tech support re chat I decided I couldn't continue like this. After all, my website is a Chat website. I purchased CometChat and it has proven to be much faster, so worth the change.

    Well I just checked the site myself and the Members List as shown, is no longer showing. Not sure why not but it seems I'm writing to you for nothing. My apologies.
