I installed Appointments+ in my multisite Network Admin dashboard and I don't think I ever activated it network-wide (though I couldn't swear to that).
Now, when I look in my site's database there are multiple tables for Appointments in EACH of the 200+ sites in my network.
I made sure it was set to Network Deactivate and deleted the plugin (from Network Admin).
The tables are still in the database.
A, what did I do wrong?
B, how do I get rid of them? (please don't say 'one by one'!)
