How do i set it so that only Members can edit add events in events+


I am trying to make a website with two levels of users "Hosts" and "Guests". Guests are basically subscribers who can view content for free. Hosts will pay a monthly fee in order to add events in Event+.

Is there a way to use the Membership plugin so that only Members who pass through a payment gateway can use Event+? Currently I am using "Capability Manager" to set the two levels but that does not allow payment...
