how do i setup prosites and membership with my buddypress multisite?

how do i setup prosites and membership with my buddypress multisite?
im trying to set it up to where both sites will be connected(when you sign up for the network(bgvsbb.com) you automatically sign up as a free member for community.bgvsbb.com)
that part works
im using wp 4.1 multisite
i have buddypress network activated
i have prosites network activated
i have membership as a premium plugin
my mainsite:bgvsbb.com
theme:buddypress community
my network settings:
(should i use this one to help block splogs) Logged in users may register new sites.
(should i use this one )Both sites and user accounts can be registered.
bgvsbb.com buddypress register page:
http://community.bgvsbb.com/register-2/
my membership site(for social networking):
community.bgvsbb.com
theme:buddypress community child
membership activated only on this site
community.bgvsbb.com buddypress register page:
http://community.bgvsbb.com/register-2/

my problem is my google capcha shortcode(no capcha for registration and not blocking fake signups) is not showing up and none of my membership shortcodes are not showing up:
[subscriptionform]

[bws_google_captcha]

i have antisplog network activated(not blocking splogs)
i have splogs signing up for paid prosites memberships for free with no credit card or paypal

i watched both prosites and membership tutorials and i think i set them up as on the videos
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLgqhMisF-ykzHZzuMEfV4Q

i think i did it right but im just missing something or i did something minor wrong

i have a support member set up as super admin
can someone sign in and take a look
i will give you the signin info in a private message

Support access is ACTIVE until 02/13/2015 09:51

    Hi @bgvsbb504,

    Hope you're well?

    my network settings:
(should i use this one to help block splogs) Logged in users may register new sites.
(should i use this one )Both sites and user accounts can be registered.

Either will suffice, it should work either way, except the first option will only allow new users to register as a user & not create a new blog at the same time, the second option will allow users to sign up & create a new blog during registration.

    ideally, you should disable the buddypress registration page by setting it to none in the Buddypress pages settings, then instead use membership registration form instead by setting the register page for membership in;

Dashboard > membership > options > membership pages.

Captcha plugins don't tend to work with membership registration though as membership has it's own system. But there is a re-captcha plugin developed for membership which will add captcha to the registration form in membership. You can find that here. http://erikshosting.com/wordpress-plugins/membership-plugin-captcha/

You don't actually need the [subscriptionform] shortcode, membership will sort that for you.

I have edited your register page and removed the above shortcodes, your registration should work now.

    Hope this helps

i see that other people kinda have the same idea:
    https://www.google.com/search?client=opera&q=wpmudev+hosting+company&sourceid=opera&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8#q=wpmudev+membership+pro+sites&newwindow=1

im still trying to set everything up
i only want membership paid subscriptions (first subscription level is $1 a month credit card or paypal needed to help with human verification)
first subscription has buddypress private messages , friend connections , group creation ,and blog creation unlocked
i have network setting as :Logged in users may register new sites.
should i change it to: Both sites and user accounts can be registered.
i have a user at the free subscription when i go to subscriptions page it says:
Upgrade from FREE SUBSCRIPTION (unsubscibe button here)
Move to: BRONZE SUBSCRIPTION (sign up button here)

when i click sign up button it goes here:
    Sign up for BRONZE SUBSCRIPTION
Please check the details of your subscription below and click on the relevant button to complete the subscription.
    BRONZE SUBSCRIPTION 1.00
You will pay : $1.00 for 30 days
Have a coupon code? (apply coupon code button here)

i have no coupons set up
i dont want coupons just to make a blog or to upgrade at regular prices
i leave it blank and click: apply coupon code button
then nothing happens and user doesnt get to upgrade
i never got to the payment area so i dont know if it works yet
    free subscription settings:
    finite
    period 1 day price $0.00

    bronze settings:
    finite
    period 30 days price $1.00

i basically want to start bottom settings at $1.00 bronze membership for 1 free level pro sites blog ( to help with splogers)
pro sites blog needs to be able to upgrade to paid prosites levels
this is where im at right now

    Hello @bgvsbb504

I hope you are well today.

When you say subscription page, note that this is membership subscription page, not Pro Sites subscription.

When you clicked on apply button after keeping the field blank, it still tries to apply a coupon

There should be a submit button for pay. Did you configure the payment gateway?

Would you please grant support access from your Dashboard > WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access so that I can check?

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/

I will be happy to take a look

    Cheers
    Ash
