How do you set up confirmation emails?

I've installed the appointments + to my page ..

above is the link to the calendar... It doesn't send confirmation emails to the user / or the provider at the moment... I tried setting it up with fail ... Can you help? Thanks!

    Could you please check the following:-

    Login to your Wordpress dashboard as Admin
    Then click 'Appointments' then 'Settings'
    This should show you the settings in the 'General' tab
    Scroll down the 'Accessibility Settings' section
    And confirm if the 'Auto confirm' field is set to 'Yes'
    If not could you set to 'Yes' and Save

    If the field is already set to 'Yes' could you please provide a screenshot of all the settings in the 'General' tab

    You may also wish to try creating a new Wordpress user to confirm that you receive an email as admin
