I tried the support system plugin on the multisite. How can I have the support system such that users visiting my website can open new tickets or access the FAQ at the front end? It seems only accessible from the dashboard. Also, how to add the staff members assigned to the support system? The email sent from the support system doesn't have proper paragraphing. All the text appear in one line and doesn't look good. Where do I change that text format sent to user who request support? Thanks!
