How to automatically Approve Appointments

Hi, Im currently using
WP Version 4.6.1
Appointment+ Version 1.9.4
MarketPress Version 3.1.1

we do plan on updating but need to get the site working prior to performing updates.

How can we make sure that appointments are automatically approved? Currently they are set to Pending. and Admin needs to manually approve them.

We currently use a Stripe plugin and therefore use paypal in sandbox to make this work. The setting for automatic approval is already set to Yes. But still get appointments as pending?

Support Access is open for the next 5 days.

Please dont post any brand related information/ screenshots or domain links as i have had issues with google caching this information and linking it to their google searches of my site ... very bad for brand... please use temporary image upload / tiny url / pastebin etc to mask this information.

    I just tested this Appointments+ with MarketPress/Stripe integration and after paying for an appointment, I was able to see that in the "active" list. :thinking:
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=appointments

    I can see that you've set the "live" credentials for Stripe, could you please use some sandbox keys instead as long as we debug this? I can use my own test details if you wish, just let me know.

    Also, have you checked your Stripe end in order to double check that your test payments are getting through? Please advise!

    Yet, I tested that with latest A+ (v.2.0.1) and MarketPress (v.3.2.1), is there any chance that you could create a staging environment (meaning an exact copy in another location/folder in the same server) in order to update A+ and MP plugins to latest version and test that again?

    Im un able to loginto my wpmudev dashboard on the staging site this is the reply from hosting support:

    I have reviewed your case in details. I am afraid that at the moment our staging service does not support the WordPress Network based websites and you can not use the tool to work with such websites.

    Unfortunately the WordPress Network structure is quite complicated and it is quite hard to make the service work with the structure in question. Due to this reason I am afraid that we can not provide you with an exact time frame in which the service will become compatible with the WordPress Network (MU) functionality.

    How should we proceed?

    I have sent an email through to you via the "I have a different question" Addressed to you Dimitris with user/pass access details and a login link.

    If you can take a look? as the support Access does not work in this case.
