How to change the log in link for the Support plugin

I'm setting up the Support System plugin on my multisite and have activated the Front End feature so I can display the Support, Ticket and FAQ pages.

If someone bookmarks the link to the Support page on the front end of the site, and they are not logged in, they will get an error message in an orange box that says "You must log in to get support". The "log in" text links to the standard WP Login box. Is there away to change where that text links to? I want it to link to the home page of my website.

Thanks for your help,

    Hello Trevor-

    I do understand branding is important. There is a way to pick up on the wp-login and have it redirect to any page you like, try:

    function possibly_redirect(){
        global $pagenow;
        if( 'wp-login.php' == $pagenow ) {

    Where you see wp_redirect('you will want to put your desired url here').

    This will need to be added to your functions.php in your child theme, or in a plugin that allows you to and custom functions without having the custom code overwritten when you update your theme.

    Let me know how this works for you!

    Hi Ken,

    That didn't seem to work and actually caused problems with the site loading, but for some reason now the Protected Content message is showing (which is good) and not the previous message, so I guess all is good :slight_smile:
