how to control the time before clients book an appointment

Good morning,
I would like to know how I can increase the time frame from the time that clients book and appointment to the time that they show up. Example: Now, a client can book an appointment at 6:55 for 7:00. I would like to arrange it that the minimum time would be an hour before the appointment. To do so, in settings -appointments lower limits - do I put it at 1? As in 1 hour?

    Hello there @Kevin, I hope you're well today!

    From your dashboard you can go to Appointments => Settings.
    Look there for the "Appointments lower limit (hours)" setting.
    The info text there is as follows:

    This will block time slots to be booked with the set value starting from current time. For example, if you need 2 days to evaluate and accept an appointment, enter 48 here. Default: 0 (no blocking - appointments can be made if end time has not been passed)

    SO if you need 1 hour, then simply enter 1 in that field.
