How to Enable Multiple Main Domain Blogs

Main Install: maindomain.tld
Blog: maindomain.tld
Subsites: subsite.maindomain.tld

I also have domain mapping to some of those subsites with domain mapping.
This part works fine already.

I want (on the same install)...
Blog: maindomain2.tld
Subsites: subsite.maindomain2.tld

I setup multi-domain plugin and created subsite.maindomain2.tld, but there is no blog for maindomain2.tld

My question... How do I setup the blog for maindomain2.tld ? Adding it as an addon domain seems like playing with fire.

Any suggestions?

    Hi there @pumpkinslayer,

Hope you're well today and thanks for your question.

Have you setup maindomain2.tld using multi-domains to allow you to create the subsite for the blog on that domain? Or did you want to create a subsite and then map maindomain2.tld to that for the blog?

    Thank you!

    Kind Regards
    Jack.

My main site is at oblogs.co.za

I want to have stewart.tw, graham.stewart.tw, peter.stewart.tw on that same install.

graham.stewart.tw, peter.stewart.tw all work as expected. Now I want a blog at stewart.tw, rather than it redirecting to oblogs.co.za

This won't be open for public access, and is only for my family's use.

    Hi there @pumpkinslayer,

Hope you're well today and thanks for the additional information.

Could I just add graham.stewart.tw, peter.stewart.tw and stewart.tw directly using the domain mapping plugin instead?

That is what I was going to recommend  I believe that would be the better option here

    Any issues let me know.

    Thanks!

    Kind Regards
    Jack.

    Resolved. Did the following.

    1. Moved namex.stewart.tw to namexstewarttw.oblogs.co.za
    2. Disabled multi-domains
    3. Mapped stewart.tw and namex.stewart.tw using the domain mapping plugin.

@jack thanks for the help. Just needed to get my brain working and know that someone was on hand if everything went belly-up.
