How to get Buddy Press Pages to use a different theme. Not BPMU

Can I make the theme change from the default wordpress theme when the user is logged in and in one of the buddy press pages? I want any buddypress page to have it's own theme different from the default.

I would like to have a different look once the user is logged in AND in one of the "My Account", "Notifications" or other pages specific to buddypress.

Thank you

    Hi ddaniels,

Normally, different themed pages would be done by way of page templates.

However, that would only apply to Pages in the WordPress system. To customize BuddyPress pages, you'd have to edit the theme files themselves. BuddyPress themes should all have a similar folder structure to the BuddyPress default theme and you should be able to spot the relevant sections easily within any of those folders (activity, group, members, etc).

While it is doable, it can get a bit extensive. If you're not comfortable with coding, yourself, you may want to take a look at posting to the job board or find a developer there to assist.

    Cheers,
    David
