When a customer books an appointment, an email is sent to the service provider saying the time and name. How can I get this email to show everything that was entered in the booking? Like customer phone number and anything in the 'notes' field?
Right now we have it set up that they can see a list of appointments with a password protected page on the front end or they can login to WP and all they see is their profile including their appointments but again no details at all. (they have 'subscriber' role)
I can login and see the whole WP dashboard including all appointment details and so on, but I don't want them to be able to see the whole WP dashboard. Ideally just the email notification to the service provider would contain all the details they need, is this possible please?
