How to get your immediate response?

Hi

I installed dashboard and trying to complete membership plugin.

Not getting immediate response, usually getting repose next day, there is no chat, phone etc faculty.

I was testing on my local machine, when try to install on my live server, all the pages got restricted, and also my admin was also blocked.

Any how I deleted the membership folder from the plugin folder using ftp.

My boss is not happy with your services, I get reply next day.
Also he may stop the money.

    However, I do understand the frustration you may be feeling when things aren't working the way you believe they should.

    When the Membership plugin is first installed, all content is protected by default unless access is specifically granted. See the Recent Changes note at the bottom of the plugin usage page here:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/membership/#usage

    So if you had activated the plugin, then logged out to see what things look like on your site, you may have inadvertently locked yourself out of your site.
