I use the plugin in multisite installation where user set up sites.
When user set up a sites and goes to Plus Comments settings, He see
“Facebook App info”, “Twitter App info” and that is ok, but “General Settings”, “Hooks”, and “Comments Plus add-ons” should set by administrator network. User should not see these options, maybe except “Do not show Comment with …”.
I use Ultimate Branding plugin, and when my users see:
