How to limit access for a site admin on a multi-site installation?

I have a multi-site installation using membership. I need to limit the site admin's access to certain areas that a admin normally has access to. But as they are an admin, they can change the way the site is viewed in the toll bar where it says "View site as: Membership Admin"

So that is the question, How is the site admin's access restriced by the membership plugin?

Note I have membership activated at the site level and not the network level.
