    Hi cdemz,

In your case you may want to set up Positive rules for pages access under your Public Access level. These rules will specify which pages the Public level can view.

Pages not listed on the Public Access level positive list will not be accessible to the Public level.

If you have just one Member Access level, then use Negative rules for pages access for this level. As long as you don't put the new page on the Negative list for the Member level, then the Member level will have access to the new page.

This creates the default behaviour you need.

    Hope this helps

    Cheers
