How to remove "Are you reporting a ticket for a specific site" from support plugin

When you submit a new ticket there is a drop down field that says “Are you reporting a ticket for a specific site?” and it displays all of the sites. How do you turn that off? I don’t want my customers to see each other’s sites, but I do want them to either type in the URL of their own site. Can this be done?

    Hope you’re doing well today and thanks for your question!

    This is a great idea, I think it makes a lot of sense to only show sites that the user is actually a member of in the network. Maybe even only if they are a certain user role of a site, then it will show that one as an option.

    I’m flagging this as a feature request and also seeing if one of our SLS staff(coding experts) will be able to provide a more time effective solution for you :slight_smile:

    Keep in mind SLS deal with more advanced tickets so their responses may take a little longer than normal.

    Hi there.

    Actually, you can do that. See screenshots:

    1. Click on the support icon in the Page Editor and select Submit Ticket Form

    2. Uncheck “Display site selectbox” and click on OK.

    This will insert a shortcode in the page without the site dropdown.
