How to set Events+ to allow only Group Admins to create events?

Hello Guys!!!

Events+ is an amazing plugin, but I need it to do something that I think it can't do...

What I need is:
Just group admins to create events, users can just join events and see the events on user's profile just like it is now.

But the main thing is that just group admins can create events just for groups that the user owns, not for the group user participate.

Is there a way to do that?
