How to setup voting & answers?

I just setup Q&A here: http://ynpn.org/30/questions/ and I have a couple of questions.

* Are the comments whre they answer?
* Where are the arrows to vote up or down?
* What does the red dot mean?

Thanks!

Dana

    Hi Dana,
    * Are the comments whre they answer?
    > no, seems your theme doesn't recognize custom post templates provided in the QA plugin, http://goo.gl/xST0g .
    * Where are the arrows to vote up or down?
    > You should see them when you click the question, but your theme has issue to display it.
    * What does the red dot mean?
    > that means unanswered questions

Can you switch the theme to default WP theme (twenty eleven) and see if it fix the issue?

    Hello Dana,

Let me help you out here:

Are the comments whre they answer?

No. The Questions page shouldn't have any comments, instead it will have a box where someone can reply, a form much like the post editor.

Where are the arrows to vote up or down?

The arrows should actually show up on the questions and answers page, but it seems your theme doesn't show it. Try these:

    - Activate the default theme (Twenty ten / twenty eleven) and see if the arrows appear. It will.
    - Go to the plugin folder via FTP and you will find a folder named default-templates. Download all the files and upload them to your theme folder. i.e. user-question.php should be in the same folder as your style.css of the theme you are using.

What does the red dot mean?

The red dot means that the question is un-answered. When someone answers it, it turns into a Green Tick!

I hope I have cleared your questions, am gonna go ahead and mark this as resolved. But if you have more questions, as away, am keeping an eye on you
