How to sync data between support system used in multiple WPMU installations

Hi

Is there any way to sync the questions already asked, between (for example)- 3 different child sites-- with each site having its own WPMU -wordpress database?

So that if a question is asked in a child site in one WPMU installation, then users in another WPMU installation can also look up and see that question (from the other WPMU installation)-- so that maybe his question is already asked/answered previously?

Another question-- does support system use the wordpress admin theme? Or does it have its own theme?

    It uses the standard WordPress dashboard unless customized with something like the Easy Blogging plugin.

    Thanks for bringing this up, it certainly sounds like a useful customization to the plugin.

    Unfortunately, it is not currently available - but we would love to put it into consideration for future development

    I have moved this ticket to the applicable feature requests area and I have alerted the lead developer to the request.

    It might take a bit longer than useful but alternatively, you could see if there's a developer available at wpmu jobs who could get onto it right this minute
