How to use the dark theme for comments with the ultimate facebook plugin

With the widgets there are options to choose the dark theme. Which is nice. But for the comments there is no such option to choose the dark theme. There is the option if you grab the code directly from facebook without using the ultimate facebook plugin.

Since I am using the plugin anyway.. is there a way to use the dark theme for comments.

Even if it's using custom code that is fine.

Thanks,
Chris

    Hi Chris,

    Sure, in the current version, if you take a look at lines 155-161 of /wpmu-dev-facebook/lib/class_wdfb_public_pages.php you'll see this:

    echo "<fb:comments href='{$link}' " .
    	"xid='{$xid}' " .
    	"num_posts='{$num_posts}' " .
    	"width='{$width}px' " .
    	"reverse='{$reverse}' " .
    	"publish_feed='true'></fb:comments>";
    return $defaults;

    You can just add in the color scheme by replacing all that like so:

    echo "<fb:comments href='{$link}' " .
    	"colorscheme= 'dark'" .
    	"xid='{$xid}' " .
    	"num_posts='{$num_posts}' " .
    	"width='{$width}px' " .
    	"reverse='{$reverse}' " .
    	"publish_feed='true'></fb:comments>";
    return $defaults;

    I'll also mention this to the developer in case he has a moment to see about integrating that option in the plugin.

    Cheers,
    David
