    Hey there SPARKZ MEDIA,

I hope you're doing good today and thanks for reaching us!

I can see the following warning error in the error log that you kindly provided.

[Wed Aug 17 10:10:41 2016] [warn] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare add_filter2() (previously declared in /home/linweb34/a/apsarapermanentcosmetics.co.uk/user/htdocs/wp-includes/plugin.php:103) in /home/linweb34/a/apsarapermanentcosmetics.co.uk/user/htdocs/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 103

Please access your plugins folder through FTP and rename /wp-content/plugins/ folder name to something else, like plugins.deactivate. Once you do this, all of your plugins will be deactivated. If the issue was with your plugins, you should be able login to your /wp-admin/. Once you do that, go back to your /wp-content/ directory and rename plugins.deactivate back to plugins.
Then try to enable plugins one-by-one, as most probably one of those should break things again, so you should re-do the renaming thing and finally delete the plugin that caused this.

Looking forward for your results on this!
    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

    Hey there SPARKZ MEDIA,

so when did this 404 came up?
Renaming plugins folder didn't had any effect? Or did you get the 404 after this step and trying to access /wp-admin/? Please advise!
I can still see the latest error now.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare add_filter() (previously declared in /home/linweb34/a/apsarapermanentcosmetics.co.uk/user/htdocs/wp-includes/plugin.php:103) in /home/linweb34/a/apsarapermanentcosmetics.co.uk/user/htdocs/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 103

I also noticed in the 404 screenshot that you're trying through https:// even though it was throwing some errors. Is there a valid SSL certificate in place? Normal http:// requests seem to resolve successfully.

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

PS. Unfortunately, I can get much from the FTP screenshot.

Thank NAME, for their help.
