Want to call your attention to a potential issue with the HUB.
So we use Redis object caching on our servers. see: https://wp-rocket.me/blog/redis-object-caching/ and when this is enabled we don’t see our Divi theme update in “updates” on WordPress or on the Hub. So there could well be an update but it won’t be indicated on the Hub. Not sure there is anything you can do about it, but folks may not be aware if they rely on the hub for notification about updates if they are using an object cache system. Seems this is only happening with some updates like themes. It may be because they are updates you pay for.
If you login to your wordpress multisite and clear the redis object cache and disable it you will see the updates in wordpress.
