Hub and WPMUDEV Dashboard plugin won't let me sync site

I’m having trouble syncing my wpmudev account to my site both from the hub and my dashboard.

I can do it via another site, but in this site, I’m having trouble with my multisite, it was working recently.

But I could no longer activate plugins, so I reset my API key and started over. Now I can’t get it to sync.

    I can see that the site in question is now reported as registered with your account and also I can see it listed in your Hub on “my websites” list so that suggests that it’s connected to your account already.

    Does this mean that you managed to deal with issue meanwhile? If you do still need assistance, please explain a bit more what exactly (what “part of “sync” is failing; e.g. you cannot install recommended plugins etc) is still not working and I’ll investigate it.
